What’s Included:

  • Handle finding a tenant and all tenant-related situations.
  • Manage all repairs, expenses, and maintenance (including insurance claims).
  • Can pay the landlord’s mortgage, HOA fees, taxes, and insurance.
  • Provide monthly rent distribution and reports, plus a year-end statement (with a 1099).
